بیانیه کانون های بسیج حقوقدانان استان البرز به مناسبت روز بصیرت و نخستین سالگرد شهادت سردار مقاومت سپهبد حاج قاسم سلیمانی

آلبوم عکس حیات تاریخ ایران مملو از افتخارات و حماسه های شکوهمندی ست كه هریک به تنهایی برای عزت و اقتدار یک ملت كافیست!
از دانش فرزانگان گرفته تا دلیری سربداران، از حکمت عالمان فرهیخته تا خون های پاک بر زمین ریخته، از قطع دست تجاوزگر به خاک پاك ایران تا كوركردن چشم فتنه در قلب ایران، همگی نشان ازیك ویژگی بزرگ ملت ایران اسلامی دارد و آن هم بصیرت است.
ملتی كه همیشه عزت را بر ذلت ترجیح داده و با وجود همه سختی ها و فشارها، تسلیم زورگویان نشده و در ورای تاریخ پرافتخار خود، انقلابی شگرف را كه الگوی تمام آزادی خواهان و عدالت طلبان جهان شده، رقم زده است شایسته هزاران بار تقدیر و سپاس است.
 در كنار همه روزهای تلخ و شیرین این ملت، نهم دی 88 روزی فراموش ناشدنی در تقویم ایران است. روزی كه بصیرت رمز پیروزی ملت شد و پیوند عاشورایی امت و ولایت، برگ زرین دیگری را به تاریخ ایران عزیز افزود و به تعبیر رهبر فرزانه انقلاب اسلامی، حماسه ای ماندگار نام گرفت ؛ نه دی وقتی ایجاد شد بیعتش را با نظام در سطح ۴۵ میلیون نفر انجام داد.
اهل ولایت بودن فقط یک تفاوت در عقیده نیست؛ اهل ولایت معتقدند ک حسین بن علی هنوز در کربلاست ! در پس هر نماز آنها فریادی از اعتراض بلند است ؛ اعتراض به پایمال شدن حق خدا و حق ولیّ خدا !
مانند سردار سپهبد شهید سلیمانی که به رکوع و سجود عافیت طلبانه عادت نداشت ، اهل ولایت بود ، اهل درگیری با طاغوت و گروه های تکفیری و وهابی سفاک؛ نعمتی بود که بعد از شهادتشان قدرشان را دانستیم و امروز وظیفه داریم با قلم و قدم خود، مکتب ایشان را به درستی به جامعه و جهان معرفی کنیم
خباثت و حماقت نیروهای تروریست آمریکایی در ترور سردار سلیمانی، این شهید قهرمان و سردار مبارزه با تروریسم و افراط گرایی،  بدون تردید درخت مقاومت در منطقه و جهان را تنومندتر خواهد کرد ؛
مِنَ المُؤمِنينَ رِجالٌ صَدَقوا ما عاهَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيهِ ۖ فَمِنهُم مَن قَضىٰ نَحبَهُ وَمِنهُم مَن يَنتَظِرُ ۖ وَما بَدَّلوا تَبديلًا { الأحزاب ۲۳}

⚖️ Statement of Basij Centers of Alborz Province Lawyers on the Occasion of Insight Day and the First Anniversary of the Martyrdom of General Qassem Soleimani

The album of Iranian history is full of glories and glorious epics, each of which alone is enough for the dignity and authority of a nation.
From the knowledge of the sages to the courage of the leaders, from the wisdom of educated scholars to the shedding of pure blood on the ground, from cutting off the hand of the aggressor to the pure soil of Iran to blinding the eyes of sedition in the heart of Iran, all show a great characteristic of the Islamic nation of Iran. .
A nation that has always preferred honor to humiliation and despite all hardships and pressures, has not surrendered to oppressors and beyond its glorious history, has formed a wonderful revolution that has become a model for all freedom seekers and justice seekers in the world deserves thousands of times praise and Thank you.
Along with all the bitter and sweet days of this nation, Desember 30, 2009 is an unforgettable day in the Iranian calendar. The day when insight became the secret of the nation's victory and the Ashura connection of the ummah and the province added another golden leaf to the history of dear Iran.
And in the words of the wise leader of the Islamic Revolution, it was called a lasting epic; When it was created, he did not pledge allegiance to the regime at the level of 45 million people.
Being a governor is not just a difference of opinion; The people of the province believe that Imam Hussein is still in Karbala! Behind each of their prayers is a loud cry of protest; Protest against the violation of God's right and the right of God's successor!
Like General Soleimani, who was not accustomed to bowing and prostration for sanctity, he was from the province, from the conflict with Taghut and brutal Takfiri and Wahhabi groups; It was a blessing that we appreciated after their martyrdom and today we have a duty to introduce their school to the society and the world with our pen and foot.
The malice and stupidity of the American terrorist forces in the assassination of Sardar Soleimani, this heroic martyr and commander of the fight against terrorism a

nd extremism, will undoubtedly strengthen the tree of resistance in the region and the world;
